如何判断三相不平衡?
一是测三相线电流,三相线电流相等就说明三相平衡,三相线电流不相等,就说明三相不平衡,而且最大一相线电流与最小一相线电流差值越大,说明三相不平衡程度越严重。
二是测中性线(零线)电流,三相平衡的话,中性线无电流,中性线有电流就说明三相不平衡,中性线电流越大说明三相不平衡程度越严重。
三相不平衡时,要分别测主干线、次干线、分支线上的三相线电流,掌握各级线段上的不平衡程度,为处理三相不平衡提供依据。

主要是单相负载在三相线上分配不均。
重新分配各相上的单相负载,在分支线的配电箱或三级配电箱处,总之是可以分配单相负载的配电箱处或连接处,先测出三相线电流,然后把最大线电流一相上的负载,分出一部分接到最小线电流那一相上,尽可能使三相线电流差不多大。

然后在上一级配电箱(二级箱)处,测三相线电流的平衡程度,是否应下一级很小的三相不平衡度,累加成了很大的三相不平衡度。例如下级分支线上都是A相比B相大10安培左右电流,由于多条分支线都是这种情况,结果在上一级累加成A相比B相大几十安培。这就有必要在部分分支线上再适当调整,使最大电流出现在不同相上,到上一级汇集后使不平衡度降低。
总的要达到的效果是,从三级配电箱至二级配电箱再到一级配电箱,三相平衡程度要逐级提高,而不是逐级减小。
