在变电站的围墙中提了一句,不同电压等级电缆的排列顺序问题,那个工程站内隧道和站外隧道的不同电压等级排列顺序正好相反。
从站内变电专业和站外线路专业所依据的规范来说,都不能说错。变电专业的主要依据为变电通用设计和GB50217。
变电通用设计

线路专业做隧道工程,参考GB50217较少,因为GB比较综合,涉及发电、变电、线路等应用到电缆的工程。线路专业一般依据行标5221进行设计。
电压等级从低到高按照自上而下排列(简称低到高,反之高到低)最早出自GBJ 93-1986 《工业自动化仪表工程施工及验收规范》,该规范来源于美国API RP550第三版。

从高到低排列来源于SDJ 86-1989《发电厂、变电所电缆选择及敷设设计规程》,其学习自前苏联《电气安装规程》。
美国、前苏联电缆安装顺序的不同,我个人猜测是对电缆燃烧影响位置的不同理解。从实际运行情况看,下层电缆燃烧火焰引燃上层电缆,或者上层电缆燃烧产生的熔融物引燃下层电缆都时有发生,安装位置的不同并不能控制火灾的范围。
刚参加工作的时候,做电缆工程看的GB50217是2007版本,之前还有94版,2007版之后又修订了2018版,共3个版本。相应规定见下图:

最新的GB50217对安装位置的要求,从应修改为宜,其实也说明了不应着重强调按照电缆的电压等级对电缆的排列顺序进行硬性规定。在实际工程中,圆形顶管或盾构,就需要在中间最宽的位置布置电缆等级最高的电缆,下层反而布置电压等级。
既然排列顺序对电缆防火的影响差异不大,敷设时考虑好以下因素:
