如何用万用表检测线路故障、电动机转速和极数以及电缆断点?

用万用表测量线路故障是我们常用的方法之一,下面我来谈谈如何用万用表去检查线路的故障。
我们用万用表检查线路故障时,主要是使用万用表三个方面的量程去测量,第一是用电阻档测量线路的阻值范围或者用万用表蜂鸣器档去测量线路的通断;第二是用电压档去测量线路中的电压范围,包括直流电压和交流电压;第三就是用电流档测量线路中电流的大小。

我先说一下用万用表去测量电阻,在测量线路时,线路中的阻值往往能体现出线路是否正常,这时正确用万用表测阻值就显得很重要了,测电阻时要对万用表进行“两个调零”,一是欧姆调零;二是机械调零。调零好之后还要选择合适的电阻档位,对于指针万用表来说,当表针指向刻度表的中间位置时,档位选得比较合适,我们常用顺口溜记这个要点是“测量数值保准确,表针最好在格中”就是这个意思。

在测量时表针一定要与被测的线路要有良好的接触,这样能够减小接触电阻对测量值的影响。当测量的线路中有较大的阻值时,我们的两个手不要同时接触所测量的线路,以免把我们人体的电阻也并联到线路当中了,会给我们判断线路故障点造成误判或者干扰。

对于用万用表电压档检测线路故障的方法,我们先要确定线路的电压类型,是直流电压,还是交流电压。如果是直流电压,那么万用表的黑表笔要放在被测点的低电位,红表笔要放在被测点的高电位,同时要注意万用表是与被测线路之间是并联的关系。

当测量的是交流电压时,我们可以把表笔放在零线上,红表笔要依次放在线路的各个要测的点上,在正常时,都应该显示对应的电压值,如果发现电压值为零的话,就说明此处有断路故障了。对于电流的测量,一般是把万用表串在所测的线路中,如果是直流电流,万用表的黑表笔要接低电位,红表笔要接高电位。

下面我们说一下第二个问题,当一台电机没有铭牌时,我们是可以用万用表测出电机的极数和电机的转速的。我们可以使用指针万用表的电流毫安档,放在电机绕组的首尾端,然后用手转动电机的转子一周,看指针万用表的表针摆动的次数,如果指针摆动一次,可以判断是两极的电机;摆动两次就是四极电机,依此类推。
当判断出电机的极数后,我们可以根据公式n=60f/p,就可以大致算出电机的转速了,这个公式中,f=50赫兹,P就是极对数,如果是两极的电机,那么它的转速就是3000转每分钟,四极的就降为1500转每分钟了。

最后再说一点,对于万用表测电缆的断点,如果是单根电线,我们可以把万用表打到直流20V档位,用红表笔去探测电线的表面,黑表笔缠在手指上几圈,通过探测感应电压的变化。如果感应电压变化均匀,说明线路是通的;如果发现感应的电压突然变化较低了,就说明此处接触不良。
