首先,为了便于后续电机原理说明,我们来回顾一下有关电流、磁场和力的基本定律/法则。虽然有一种怀旧的感觉,但如果平时不常使用磁性元器件,就很容易忘记这些知识。下面介绍一下电机的旋转原理。我们结合图片和公式来说明。例如,当考虑到旋转角度仅为θ的状态时,与b和d成直角作用的力为sinθ,因此a部分的转矩Ta由以下公式表示:以相同的方式考虑c部分,则转矩加倍,并生成由以下公式计算出来的转矩:由于矩形的面积为S=h・l,因此将其代入上述公式可得出以下结果:该公式不仅适用于矩形,也适用于圆形等其他常见形状。电机就是利用了该原理。电机的旋转原理遵循电流、磁场和力相关的定律(法则)。如上所述,电机是将电能转换为动力的设备,可以通过利用磁场和电流相互作用所产生的力来实现旋转运动。其实,反之,电机也能够通过电磁感应将机械能(运动)转换为电能。换个角度说,电机具有发电作用。提到发电,您可能就会想到发电机(也称为“Dynamo”、“Alternator”、“Generator”、“交流发电机”等),但是其原理与电机相同,并且基本结构相似。简而言之,电机可以通过使电流流经引脚而获得旋转运动,相反,当电机的轴旋转时,在引脚之间会有电流流过。如前所述,电机的发电依赖于电磁感应。以下是相关定律(法则)和发电作用的图示。左图显示电流按照弗莱明右手定则流动。通过导线在磁通中的运动,在导线中产生电动势并且有电流流动。中间的图和右图表示按照法拉第定律和楞次定律,当磁铁(磁通)靠近或远离线圈时,电流沿不同的方向流动。假设面积为S(=l×h)的线圈在均匀磁场中以ω的角速度旋转。此时,假设线圈表面的平行方向(中间图中的黄线)和相对于磁通密度方向的垂直线(黑色虚线)形成角度为θ(=ωt),则穿透线圈的磁通量Φ由下式表示:另外,通过电磁感应在线圈中产生的感应电动势E如下:当线圈表面的平行方向垂直于磁通方向时,电动势变为零,而水平时电动势的绝对值最大。这样,电机就具备了发电作用。我在这里说明的是电机具有旋转动作和发电作用,并不意味着要将电机用于发电。如果要发电,通常使用专为发电进行了优化的发电机。电机的发电作用与旋转动作一样,遵循电流、磁场和力的定律(法则)。电机通过电磁感应将机械能(运动)转换为电能。
